Organic oil
In 2003 we planted 100 olive trees of the Frantoio variety and 360 olive trees of the Leccino variety with 8×8 planting spacing, thus reaching a total of 550 olive trees.
In 2009 we bottled our organic extra virgin olive oil "L'Olio dei Peretti" for the first time.
In 2017 we transplanted another 170 olive trees of the Leccino variety for a total of about 720 trees.
Organic extra virgin olive oil made from healthy fruits
Organic extra virgin olive oil obtained from healthy fruit and extracted exclusively through mechanical and cold-pressed processes is rich in oxidizing agents (polyphenols), natural anti-inflammatory agents (oleocanthal) and has an optimal ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 series similar to that of breast milk. Our oil is made from olives harvested by hand in October (using only electric facilitators) and cold pressed every morning at the Andreini Oil Mill about 8 km from our farm.
For oil to be Extra Virgin, it must meet chemical and organoleptic values, and our oil has the characteristics of top quality oil.
